Almond Crusted Chicken

What you will need:

  • 4- 4oz Chicken breasts Yield: 4
  • ½ c ground almonds
  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Preheat oven to 350*

 

  • Salt and pepper each chicken breast
  • Spread mustard evenly on each breast
  • Divide ground almonds evenly and press to adhere.
  • Place on a lined sheet tray and bake for about 30 minutes or until temperature  reads 165* and nuts are golden brown.
