Almond Crusted Chicken
What you will need:
- 4- 4oz Chicken breasts Yield: 4
- ½ c ground almonds
- 1 T dijon mustard
- ½ t garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Salt and pepper each chicken breast
- Spread mustard evenly on each breast
- Divide ground almonds evenly and press to adhere.
- Place on a lined sheet tray and bake for about 30 minutes or until temperature reads 165* and nuts are golden brown.
